This tutu is fully adjustable as if made for a professional dancer
Mounted on coutil and structured with spiral boning for durability
Each decorative frill is finished with a hand rolled hem either side and is hand sewn to the garment

To create the bell shape in the skirt I sewed 4 layers of stiff net alternating between pointing upward and downward before adding 6 layers of tulle
The top circle layer for decoration is made up of one layer chiffon and one layer net
